The Maximus arrived in the mail today. After lurking in the forums reading up on it, I saw a trend where a lot of the people who have one have very positive views. What I did know was that I so far like the Helix as it has brought some good feelings and I to a lesser degree like the Progasm (old ice) because I enjoy the fuller feeling but it doesn't seem to do as much in me aside from an intense presence.
I had planned on going to a buddy's to install a ceiling fan but stopped at the house after work to poop and check the mail. So there I was, pooping and admiring my new toy.
After finishing business I thought I'd see how it would feel before hitting the road. "Just a minute." So I grabbed a quick squirt of water based because of easy clean up and popped it in. It jumped straight to resting position just like the others. There was an immediate and noticeable difference though... It went in, I felt a sudden throb, and I experienced my first involuntary contractions. I got excited, ran to the bed, spread a towel out, and realized I had business to tend to.

I'm not sure what I think about the maximus. My first experience with it was very exciting, and maybe a few times afterwards, but I have to admit the results have tapered off. It does seem to react very differently than the eupho or progasm. My experience with maximus is when it's working, it pulls in, I relax, and it floats back a little and hits the spot again, wash, rinse, repeat. Just what it is supposed to do, I guess, but when it gets really good with Progasm or Eupho, they "lock in" and start to "gallop" in the feed back loop that just feels awesome and goes on for who knows how long, and can lead to other more amazing sensations at times. I don't recall ever getting the maximus into that locked into pleasure feedback position.
Practicing with maximus did give me the courage to give progasm another try years after I threw my first one away due to size and discomfort. For that reason alone, I am forever grateful!

Maximus is one of my favorite go-to's for massive Os!! Just keep using it and give it time.
That feeling of pressure in my cock when I use the Max, yes, that is a thing. Actually, the Maximus makes me get hard sometimes more than other models. In fact the only hands free wet orgasms that I've ever had have been with the Maximus (the first one) and the second was with the Max Trident (still the best Trident model in my book).
I think what my body likes the most about the Maximus is the round and wide stem. It fills my anus more than the other models (except Progasm) and I think it helps activate involuntary movement. True that. I do still like it, and haven't given up on it. I do believe any and all aneros devices can take you where you want to go, but we do end up favoring some shapes over others. I noticed the same effect of crazy movement abilities because the taper and size gives your muscles a little more to work with. This realization is why I couldn't resist trying the progasm again when they were clearing out the old ones for $25.
Maximus is a nice size, insertion wasn't the least bit difficult, I sometimes wish it were longer like Progasm because that length feels really warm.
