I only own progasm from the ones you've mentioned. I would recommend getting progasm junior, as it is my favorite - i own helix, eupho, progasm and progasm jr.

Progasm is a bit too big for my liking. It gives amazing sensations, but it's also not very mobile and it's not very gentle on the prostate. That's why I prefer progasm jr., since it has a form of progasm, but is just a bit bigger than helix. I find it hits my prostate perfectly.

My opinion is if you believe that the massager you have is stimulating your prostate and you are comfortable that is the best one for you.
Then it is a matter, in my opinion, of practicing with the aneros (doing light kegels, aka contractions) and strengthening your pelvic floor. 
A strong pelvic floor (in my opinion) is the key to multiple orgasms.

Different strokes for different folks, so who's to say what's best for you?  I have an MGX, SGX, Helix, Eupho, Progasm, and Progasm Jr.  My preference changes from time-to-time, but the order of my frequency of use is  Helix, Progasm Jr, SGX, MGX, Eupho, Progasm.

The Progasm lacks mobility, something that has been said applies to the Maximus as well.  For me the Helix is the right mix of aggressivness and mobility.  The Prograsm Jr is a bit more aggressive and only slightly less mobile.  The SGX is highly mobile with aggression similar to that of the Jr.  MGX has become a bit too aggressive for me and the Eupho requires a bit of finesse and a proper mood in order for me to get to the desired place.

There are no complaints about Eupho. My last best session with Eupho left me impressed .

I would just like to try some new model and see what it can do for me. Will my anus react the same? What will change? They can only be answered with one of them inside me 😉 .

At first Kegels were constant practice and seemed to work for me. I don't do it anymore, I have the impression that muscles toned by Kegels remove the subtleties of orgasms and become very responsive.

Very lucky you with so many Aneros!

Each one will feel the devices in action differently. The comments certainly tell the real reaction of the product during use and will help me in choosing.

This Progasm Jr also seems to be a delight.

Maximus always looked like a beefier Eupho to me, but some other guys call it a bigger Helix. It's one of the models I don't own, so it's a bit hard to tell, but I always thought it would work well. I feel like Progasm is just a bit too much, I really don't use it very often these days. Any ribs on a prostate toy are uncomfortable to me, so from your list, Maximus would be my choice. But... Helix is probably the best jack-of-all-trades model in the lineup. In all honesty, you have to take a leap of faith each time you buy a new model.

Progasms are too big IMO, they prevent movement and muscle contractions/spasm, a hinderence to sessions and these movements are neccesary i feel unless youre a larger fellow.

Perhaps the progasm Jr, but not the normal, large progasm.

My purchase choice was to be Maximus but he is perhaps the only one that has not been "poster" yet and has not received highlights (such as new coatings, colors and materials or vibrancy). It's possible that as soon as I buy the Maximus Classic Aneros it will release a silicone upgrade (which depends on one's preference).

From what I gathered from information about it, Maximus has the property of gently and firmly too embracing and enveloping a good part of the prostate with high comfort.

The MGX Classic or Syn are beautiful.

My choice will be Progasm Jr 😎 .

It was difficult but I decided. It's like choosing the best among the best. Regardless of the choice, there's nothing to lose here 😀 .

@ Soul Pleasure: I have the Eupho, Maximus, and the MGX. The Helix did absolutely nothing for me and I chucked it. The Progasm hurt my prostate. The Maximus gave a nice full feeling, but I could never get over the edge when using it. My go to is the MGX. It has produced wonderful anal and prostate orgasms for me. Everyone's bodies are different. What works for one may not for another person. 

@studmouse47 Had the same thing with the helix then one day it worked and it is BY FAR the best device i have now and works the best.

It was a tough choice. My thoughts / prostate somehow wanted only Maximus. As if they were saying : " This one will fit perfectly . This one will give a 360 ° hug to the prostate , buy this one , buy this one , buy this one .... . I bought Progasm Jr .

If you already have it , give Maximus a chance because it can be a ticket to other paradises .

And don't throw away any aneros please .

It's a tough choice!  I have the helix syn v and a eupho.  I have been looking for a new device to try and bring me even more pleasure but have kept holding off.  I can't be certan that something bigger will give me more pleasure.  A vibrating prostate massager I once bought was an absolute disaster, not nice at all.

I would highly recommend the HelixSynV or Vice2 - both are smooth silicone material and can be used with or without vibration! Good size to stimulate all the right places!

🙁  I'm in a very cruel doubt: I can't decide what my next aneros will be! I only use Eupho.

I'm fascinated by the design of the MGX, enthralled by the promise of Maximus, Instigated, curious about the fill and havoc Progasm is potentially capable of.

I keep coming back to the decision that Maximus is the right choice, but MGX and Progasm... you already know the rest...

I have 4 models with the PG being my last purchase a little over a year   The lack of movement does inhibit the sensations I get with the other 3.  Interestingly though, the Maximus gives me the most perineum stimulation which I like but again the fuller size limits mobility and hence direct movement against the prostate. I also find I tend to use the same device for months then switch it up which always seems to get me off first time when I do!   Just the idea of changing it up every now and then maybe?  It’s nice to explore the array of options available now for sure as we are all different in what makes us feel good.  When I began exploring  pm, there was one only one Aneros model.  Gotta love progress!  Best of luck on finding your perfect ride!

I chose Progasm Jr. Maybe I'll need a pillow if I can't hold back the screams. I don't know what will happen when using Progasm Jr.
