OK so things are ramping up but not in the way I expected.
During play with my aneros I still don't really experience am awful lot of arousal or anything particularly special.
I have been using the Ksmo method after reaching out to jack Johnston.
However what I am experiencing during the times without my aneros is an amplified arousal that to some extent is nice but can be difficult to manage as even with ejeculation I continue to remain constantly aroused, even when I'm at work.
It almost feels like a constant need to release but ejeculation provides no relief.
Even whilst at work I feel fluttering in my stomach, sensation in my arms, fuzzing in my ass and a constant arousal in my groin.
I think my body is maybe now ready to experience orgasms and because I have not yet achieved one is in a heightened state.
I'm assuming this maybe a good sign but is a little difficult to deal with as it is like an itch that can never fully be scratched!

SR usually starts to have diminishing returns after a couple weeks. Agreed with other poster that 12-24 hrs after release I am still very horny.

Learn to enjoy those feelings and embrace them. P4actice over time you can turn them into Aless orgasims.
It also helped me with phone addiction and being more in touch with the world. Why sit at work on your phone when having a break when you can sit and soak in those feelings / the world or nature instead.

I've been feeling perpetually horny since using aneros. Doesn't seem to matter whether I have a wet orgasm or not, I'm horny just minutes later. This gonna true even if I don't use the aneros.
Not complaining though. 😀
