Just purchased the Hypnaerosession download, all jazzed up to try it, but much to my chagrin, I put in all my proper info and am faced with:

There was a problem retrieving your order details or there are no downloads for this order. Please check your order email or contact us at @aneros.com">support@aneros.com.

Anyone experienced a similar issue?
