Hey guys, I think I'm about to crack the code for myself and I want this to be known, and maybe this will make a difference for people who are struggling. I’ll share some techniques that you can try. I don't remember reading about active physical methods but I'm relatively new to this so maybe this has been discussed before.

A little background. I’ve been at this for about 2 years. I’ve had a few annoying health ailments, dermatological (groin, butt crack area) and prostatitis that prevented me from continuous practice. So really, I’ve had about 16 months of active practice over two years. Last October and November, I had a series of calm seas Super-O sessions, where I had a dozen to two dozen rolling slow motion Super-Os lasting 30 seconds to a over minute that once started happened in an automatic pattern.

Recently my sessions net me at the very least a series of "almost-almosts" and "being tortured right at the edge" and P-waves and Mini-Os and invols and whimpering pleasure, sometimes laughing, and leg shaking and prostate jolts and I’ve had isolated brief Big-Os, but they're not yet consistent. I have yet to repeat the long automatic Super-Os of last fall.

I had a less productive spell and thought back to two years ago when I started, not knowing much about the forum. Back then, initially I was very physical with my body movement, not realizing that those moves positioned the device differently on my prostate. My first results were positive. So, to break the recent dry spell, I brought back and expanded on my early experimentation. Here is what I’ve been doing recently.

Typical session: No warmup. Insert usually a Eupho on all fours. I stay on all fours and start swaying my butt side to side while deep belly breathing then varying movements to an expanded humping or rotating my pelvis or a combination of any pelvic moves. Following I will drop to a modified Sphinx position sitting on my feet with my forearms flat to the floor or extended with just hands touching, making similar pelvic moves. This can expand into this kind of yoga-like lunge upwards that can turn into “girl" or regular push-ups. My physical moments are broad and exaggerated. An alternative can be “praying” position where again I’m sitting on my feet, but my forearms are extended far forward flat on the floor or with my hands clasped. In this position I’m basically locked down and can’t move much. So, I focus on internally moving the device. I’ve had Big-Os in this position. Following I will shift onto my back with legs bent and feet flat and will start with nipples, usually very light at first. From this position, I’ll do several butt lifts, where I can also introduce various pelvic moves and/or can hold this position for 3 to 5 minutes and at the same time will manipulate nipples or not. Often this position and activity will act as a setup. When I lower myself and pause or go back to nipples, it can trigger a Mini-O or Big-O. I’ve also been experimenting with “voluntaries” when invols disappear, which has led me to discover internal muscles around my prostate I didn’t know I had. I’ve found this prostate “high” spot that I can massage with the Eupho that feels incredible. I’ve been able to translate that muscle specific movement without a device in. I realize now that this is the basis of Aless for me, which I never understood or could do before.

I find porn and audios distracting and they have killed sessions for me. I don’t smoke weed or use alcohol in sessions and not so sure I want to start with that.

These active physical interventions are what I’ve been doing with my adventure. I don’t know when I’ll make a full breakthrough back to full out Super-Os again, but I’m confident that I will or should. I hope my story will help others and I would be interested to find out if others are using a similar active “Do-a-lot” approach.

Moi! My A-Less training in the beginning was all physical and mechanical, quite heretic actually hahahaha!

Does A—Less not get around the derma and go on to relieve the prostatitis?

Probably where most guys get stuck and become nearly men.

No warmup.

I never did either, just laid down and got on with it.

I never did any yoga stance type stuff, but I did learn early on that taking the weight of your ass helps a lot. Even just little mini thrusting is enough.

I mapped out my pelvic floor like a controller for a games console. The high spot is up for me,the other directions were a case assigning various buttons from the controller as I mapped out my pelvic floor. This allowed me to have commands for various muscles, then I’d work out sequences to hit them in and eventually I could have ‘manual’ orgasms with no invols necessary.

Me neither, the problem with these cheat codes is what do you do if they aren’t around and you’ve become reliant on them?

You’ll be back, you’ve already been,so probably just a case of getting yourself centred mentally. Keep grinding brother! Great write up! 🙂

You’re right! I cracked up reading this. What you wrote, really developed as a method, is brilliant. Though until a few weeks ago, I never understood how to separate or identify the muscles. My realization came just playing with moving the Eupho.

In this post what I was focusing on (meaning active) was physical or athletic body movements. Someone who’s been around longer might know if this has been discussed.

Great point

This is one of the crux of the journey. No matter how much you read or how much someone explains it to you, there are chunks we each just have to figure out for ourselves to connect the dots.

The most physical I have been is on all fours. Not so much rock forward and back,I’d try thrusting my pelvis forward causing flexion of the spine and reverse Kegel my pc. Then,I’d thrust back driving my ass out behind me with spinal extension and reverse contracting down through my sphincters. I had my first mmo streak doing that lol.

First, congratulations on developing a method that works great for you, can't say enough on "whimpering pleasure" and laughing, these emotional release orgasms are amazing in their own right.

I think this could be a "chicken vs egg" situation, in the sense that sometimes, getting to Super-O states will trigger the athletic movement, body arching, tensing, butt and pelvis lifts and movement, but which one really happens first?

So it makes a lot of sense that if your body is primed to want movement during orgasms (or orgasms during movement), moving your body voluntarily in a way that mimics what would happen involuntarily is very similar to doing "tug of war" with your device, and we know that this does work.

Someone who's plateauing and using a more passive method should think about following your lead and adding more active moves to his arsenal, it could really get things started !

Awesome description of your techniques! Very helpful. I used several of those in the early days nowadays mostly the “do nothing” or “do just enough” is what works for me. Although I will get pretty thrusty and mobile when I’m having a particularly strong/specific mental image to enhance it with my movements.

at the very startof my aneros journey when being close to a super o i’d writhe and flap my limbs like a weird electrocuted fish. Glad i moved away from that after a couple of twisted necks haha.

currently if i’m having a particularly deep and powerful session and all my inhibitions, resistance and control have melted away, that’s when I will start moving around a lot again in very unpredictable and involuntary ways.

Yoga can be a treasure trove of new positions and movements! Will have to explore that. Maybe someone more creative has already done it.

Adding in some mini thrusts is the shit! Sometimes when training Aless,I’d thrust in the direction my PF was flexing! Worked a treat!
