Lots of people have posted about what kinds of food you can eat that they find helps enhance their Aneros sessions. But I've never seen anybody mention what kinds of food to avoid. Any comments?

Hi. If you do a search for posts by zaneblue you'll get it in a bit more detail but from what I remember & in no particular order:

Hydrogenated fats (bad from whatever perspective...)
Starchy foods in excess (obtain carbohydrate direct from fruit/veg rather than e.g. pasta)
Soya (it is an oestrogen mimic, the last thing a horny man needs apparently 😀 )
Sugar, particularly if refined
Alcohol (OK in moderation)

Caffeine )
----------)- or if a 'user' (guilty) try and avoid 2-3 hrs before 'session time'.
Tobacco )

I've probably missed some but they're the important ones.

Rock on!

Those are the main ones. A minor one I would add is polyunsaturated vegetable oil. Avoid corn oil, soybean oil, cottonseed oil, safflower oil, etc. Instead use olive oil, canola oil and of course butter is always good!
