@soul-pleasure I agree with you. This forum is utmost essential for success. There are lot of experienced members here who are always ready to help.
If I get something as intense as a masturbation orgasm or more, that’s when I’ll be encouraged.
I hate to be a party pooper of sorts but this in itself can be a problem.
What I have found out over years of usage is that more than half the battle is mental. If we set ourselves up for specific expectations, or get down on ourselves for not achieving what we once thought would happen, it starts changing the way we think in future sessions. You can be blocking yourself from pleasure without even knowing it.
The advice often given on here is to just go with the flow. Recognize the things you feel for what they are. I have found in my rewiring that most sensations I get are not pleasurable but instead different. The truth... Those sensations actually are pleasure, but since my body is being introduced to this pleasure for the first time, my mind is stacking it up against pleasures from my past. I could very well be experiencing something similar to a Super O and not even know it, since most times I'm thinking "this is all good, but...".
This mental game is also the reason why a lot of members here give the advice of "do nothing". Aside from the first impression Super O outlook people have when using the product for the first time, members can get a little too much in their head about contractions, self touching, and all the other stuff available to us in the wiki. By doing nothing, your focus is nowhere else besides what is going on in your body.
These are also reasons why a lot of users say not to listen to music or watch porn during sessions. For some, the arousal might heighten by watching porn, or your mind may be more focused (and turned away from your expectations) if you dial into beats and frequencies, but for others it is nothing more than a distraction.
If I allow it, I can get the severe shakes, and its effortless and not at all taxing on my cardio system. I have severe COPD, I can let my hips vibrate for over an hour, and it never taxes my breathing, even if i let it go full body, still does'nt affect my breath. Although the vibrating/shaking rarely has much has orgasmic feelings attached to it. Its like priming a motor. When it stopps on its own then the orgasmic feelings start. And thats when it becomes taxing on my pulmonary system. Go figure
Sounds incredible, thanks for sharing!!
