Forgive me if this has been discussed before, i searched the forum but could not find anything.

Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, or ASMR, is a physical sensation characterized by a pleasurable tingling that typically begins in the head and scalp, and often moves down the spine and through the limbs.

Here is an example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kb27NHO_ubg

Anyways I have noticed that while watching/listening to ASRM videos that besides getting head tingles I get prostate tingles as well.

Other people have also experienced an arousing aspect to ASRM, there are exotic ASRM videos too:

I hope this assists you on your journey to the Super-O.

Hey @The_Bishop ,

yes it has been in the forum before. Please see this thread. I find ASMR can work quite well in combination with anerosing because it relaxes you quite fast and helps reaching a stable trance-state.

Cheers, Unfug
