Looking for the 4-Pack, but it looks like Aneros doesn't sell it anymore..only the 2-pack. I've heard great things about these guys and want to give it a try. Anyone happen to be hanging on to a new set of these that you'd like to get rid of? Maybe even a slightly used set if it was boiled, dipped in acid, etc.. haha. I'm still not sure about this yet. Anyways, send me a message please!

@bubbaducky, If you hop on over to the High Island Health web site you can find the Peristal lineup of hemorrhoid massagers. These are identical to the Aneros Peridise models but you have the option to get all four sizes there.
Good Vibes to You !

Thanks! They are going for $33 a piece, yikes! What did the Aneros-branded version go for (the 4-pack)?

Hey @bubbaducky , check Amazon as there were a couple sellers a few months ago offering the 4-pack for sale. I bought a 4- piece set from an Amazon seller and it was in a genuine Aneros package. It was around $40.00 USD if I remember correctly.

What's the difference? Does the new 2-pack not have the best ones in it or something?

So identical, the Peridise 2-pack I just ordered still had "Peristal" stamped on the tab. Looked like someone tried rubbing it off, but enough was there for me to see. Anyway what's the difference between the sizes? Is one "easy" and the other "advanced"?

Kind of: the smaller, the more advanced. I'd suggest to try all and stick with the one that buzzes the most.

It's not so much about the movement, but about the sensation of getting touched from the inside (that's true for the other massagers too). The slim shaft will focus your attention on the anal sphincter and help to amplify sensations triggered by clenching. A smaller shaft means less surface area, hence more subtle sensations and more amplification needed by mental focus / meditation / chakrawork... Since mental focus is the critical part anyway, you'll be forced to build up more of it to get things going with the smaller versions of the Peridise. That's harder to pull off, but rewarded with different (more spectacular) pleasure waves.
