Anyone achieved SUPER O watching porn the whole time?

Hey all - short and sweet - I have an amazing musically driven porn playlist I watch. I have made huge progress. Today I tried to turn the porn off after awhile and just focus on breathing etc... It was okay, but when I watched the porn - it turned me on so much that I was getting MUCH more progress with it. I really enjoy it and feel naughty which turns me on so much more with it. 

The advantage for me is that it keeps me MEGA turned on during the whole process. I don't know if this is required in the later stages though or not, or if it ends up distracting more. Today I really fined tuned the subtle muscles a lot.

Side topic - I am getting good at the small muscles, but at times later in the session my large muscles which cause big contractions in my glutes start firing and kind of take away from the p-waves. Anyway that you guys stop the big muscles going off? Thanks in advance!

Main question : it's possible, I like PMVs too (Porn Music Videos) and I reached Super-Os several times while looping the same 8 minutes clip over and over. BUT I never experienced some of the *really* good ones that way.

In my experience there is really a point of diminishing return with porn but you'll have to get there by yourself and see what happens. I switched to mainly softcore and try to limit my usage, that works for me. 

Bonus question : stopping what you body wants to do may not be the best way to approach this, OR it might help if the contractions come from too much tension. Once again, trial and error.

You can either try to relax into the shakes until they go away, or add some tension to balance things by pushing down with you feet, assuming you're on your back with legs bent. If you're on a chair, push against the floor or adjust leg position, you can even lift your butt using you legs. Then relax when the movement stops.

Thanks as always for your helpful replies!

Question - I have only ever done the laying on side position. Can you give any tips for the back? I can't see how it would be relaxing with your feet planted, and I can't imagine my legs straight out with a pillow below me :thinking:

Depending on the model you're using, you might need a pillow under your butt to prevent the tail from rubbing on the bed. Personally I use the Classics with the tail cut and have no problem even with my flat ass. These days I mostly go A-less so any position works.

A long time ago I cut a "U" shape from a thick piece of upholstery foam and would put my legs on each branch of the "U", the Aneros was free to work without touching anything. Two small cushions or pillow under your thighs would do about the same job. 

Legs straight out is good, and feet planted is surprisingly comfortable, you need to find what angle is best for you and you'll vary the position during your session. 

My very best sessions were either laying flat on my back on a couch, or directly on the floor. Being on a firm surface allows you to transfer weight or tension more easily, for example you can plant your heels without having to bend your legs a lot, or if you're barefoot, on hardwood or tile you'll get enough grip to give some push right in line with your body. A yoga mat could make things a little more comfy.

Porn never works for me for non penile prostate play. In the beginning I watched it briefly. Then I found one specific soft core video that turned me on a lot and put it on as sound in the background. I never use porn now except for traditional masturbation. The visual field is very important, because blurring and rolling eyes can be part of sexual processes, and concentrating on anything other than what is going on inside the body and mind can be distracting. That is why I recommend trying just using audio from porn, or putting on good headphones and listening to some sexy ASMR. 

however I do firmly believe that there is no single answer for anything in life, so if it works for you and you don’t mind your sessions possibly becoming inextricable from pornography, that might be what works for you.  It is possible that you are convincing your body that porn is absolutely necessary for this type of pleasure, though, and thus I recommend trying at least half the time without porn at all, for variety. If you want other ideas of how to feel sexy, just ask!
