How does a session positively (or negatively) affect your sleep quality and readiness scores? Any particular biomarkers stand out?

I'm still on the journey to the "Super-O", so I can't really weigh in on this topic properly.

That said, I do use an Oura Ring and was curious if there are any others out who use this device or similar. If so, I'd like to hear any notable observations you have around Aneros use, prostate orgasms in general, and any effects on your biomarkers.
