I tried calling Aneros today about a warranty return and got a recording "we are unable to complete your call at this time" and then some number code.
I was having problems with the Vice 2 turning on. They told me to send it back. This was at the beginning of April. Somebody named Sung received it. As of this day still have not received the replacement. My emails to them go unanswered.
They are still sending out emails advertising there products so someone must be there.

On account of COVID-19 and the lock down in our state, we are currently on a reduced work schedule at our office. However, we are receiving emails and our phone lines are working, (the message you described relates to a systemic issue and is not specific to our phone number).
