Not to shill for the home team, but ...

The stuff in the blue bottle that Good Vibrations sold me worked just fine, but I used that up — and in these Coronadays, shops selling sex toys don’t seem to be classed as essential businesses. Go figure. So one seeks alternatives.  Coconut oil, meh. The drugstore brand “personal lubricant” was ok, but I found a couple cc’s needed. And then I tried the Aneros Sessions lube. It’s thick enough and slick enough and ..  yeah, so far as my experience goes, Sessions is my preference.

I don't really have a favorite...yet. years ago I tried various methods, but I really didn't understand how it worked.  Then in the past year I started actually learning and settled on a combo of KY gel knockoff from the big evil store and coconut oil, or just the gel alone. It works, albeit with shortcomings.

I like the Sessions lube but need to be a bit more discrete. So I generally rely on Coconut oil supplemented with some THC infused Shea Butter. Stays slick and smells wonderful.

I've only used cheap drugstore generic ones, but I don't particularly like them. They dry out and get tacky too quickly. Would love to try other brands with better performance.

My go-to recently has been the Lube Life’s water-based anal. It is comfortable to pre-lube with and stays slick for a long time.

Well, since i do not own an Aneros device as of yet, just the "around the house" lubes such as Vasiline and K-Y Jelly are the only ones i have had access to.

Havent really tried any lube since I havent really put anything up there yet =)

So far a thick type of water based lube has worked best for me. 

If it's a session, I like to use a mixture of astroglide and coconut oil. Otherwise I like to use just astroglide for all other activities 

j-lube then astroglide then petroleum jelly. in order from most favorite to least favorite.

I have experimented a lot with different lives but have found that KY jelly works just fine for me.

Of the few lubricants I've tried, I tend to like Platinum Synthetic for my Helix Trident (non-Syn).

I’ve been using Shea butter lately.

A variation on Rumel's Natural Jelly recipe:

• 45ml coconut oil
• 5ml beeswax
• 1ml shea butter (optional)
• contents of 3 vitamin E 400 IU capsules (as preservative)

Melt and mix all together in a double boiler (aka. bain-marie) and store in an old Vaseline jar.

For US readers who don't do metric: 5ml is about a teaspoonful, 45ml is three tablespoons.

It's semi-solid at room temperature and liquid at body temperature. You can use other vegetable oils like almond or olive.

My selection of lube is limited, but I like the Adam and Eve water lube. Very cheap ($4 for an 8 ounce bottle), lasts a decent bit, and no odor

Sliquid Organics Natural Lubricant Gel because it is a vegan, paraben-free without smell or taste!

My favorite lube is Natural Jelly by Rumel's recipe. I like it for possibility to experiment with viscosity, not getting overly liquid inside the body and its natural ingredients. 

Occasionally I also use any water-based lube available (not so good for longer sessions though).

When I first started my journey about 12 years ago, I was trying all kinds of different lubes. Since then, I've pretty much settled on using Vaseline coated with ID Glide. For some of my non silicone toys, I like to use a silicone lube like Astroglide.

I've been using coconut oil which works great with the stainless steel models, but it is not the easiest to move the synth models around with.

Astroglide Gel is my favorite. The goey texture is the best part, and it's economical($8 for 3 bottles that were 4 ounces), but it can dry up quick. You can counteract this by adding water every so often, and it'll keep on going for a while, even with a little amount of lube.

I love using Jo H20 Anal lube, never dries up before I do.

Hi, tried 5 or 6 lubes and slippery stuff gel came out on top. Don't need a lot of it, feels super slippery good, and keeps doing its thing the longest in comparison. Great question, interesting to see what others use and maybe give something new a try. Thanks.
