I'm sure its been brought up before, but the only thread I could find in search was from 2007. I'm sure a lot of advances have been made in saddle tech since then, but there's still an overwhelming number of options to choose from.

Do any of you have a favourite bicycle seat to ride with an Aneros in place? Obviously I'm not expecting any kind of Super O while riding, but the motion itself means I get that ever-important massage.

Some bicycle saddles have a groove with a hole in the center for ventilation and also to not apply so much pressure to the "taint" while riding. I've seen some that have a groove that runs the whole length too. I can imagine that one like that might work well if you wanted to ride with your Aneros inserted. Fun idea!

I've seen them, but there's an overwhelming number of options. Just thought I'd ask for some help in whittling down that list. For reference, I'm 6" and 180lbs, so don't need the ones rated for 300lbs. Although I do like a lot of spring action in back.

Speaking of spring action...

You'll probably get more luck looking at female rider saddles, they have a groove in the middle. That being said, riding a bike with the aneros seems... unsafe and impractical. If you really must... maybe get something that won't slide out? like a plug?

I've been doing it for a while, no problems yet. Although I did put a suggestion in the Suggestions board for an "active style" model. Something that's purely for massage while out walking or jogging or cycling. It would have to have a radically redesigned P-Tab, because that can rub everything raw if you're sitting on it and moving around a lot.
