So i feel these are the three most known supplements: L-Arginine, Saw Palmetto, Yohimbine. Or has anyone tried out Testosterone supplements?

I realise that some of these can help with ED and other things but the main usage i ask about this is for arousal, i have interest in Yohimbine as its most used for an increase arousal and at least here is the most known for this.

Has anyone had any experience of the other supplements mentioned here? Post your experiences, if you have any that is!

@zaneblue used to write about Omega oils and arousal. Worth looking into.

A recent email I received listed these herbs for treatment of ED:

  • Panax ginseng
  • maca
  • yohimbine
  • ginkgo
  • Mondia whitei

Haven't tried any of them, however.

I just purchased the book "The Orgasmic Diet", written for women, for ideas to improve arousal and orgasmic intensity. Suggested changes take 2-4 weeks. So I'll check back with my experience as a male.

Weed works for me but it is not for everyone. I learned the most about what arouses me from the 21 day challenge.....after 10 days or so i found all types of things that raised my arousal such as were to touch for maximum effect without touching the penis

For me, arousal is enhanced by things that are considered no-nos for BPH - caffeine [via coffee], allergy meds etc. that tend to irritate the prostate. And, I do not consider arousal to be getting erect - far from it. For me, perhaps the most object sign of arousal would be precum.
