You know the saying, that guy is so uptight, you could shove a piece of coal up his ass and it would come out a diamond? Well, I'm the opposite of that guy! 🙂

Keys to success:
1. Relax

3. Put on relaxing music, Enya, Loreena McKennitt and Mariam Stockley do it for me. Light a candle and darken the room. The candle should be a scent that you associate with relaxation. I personally like the Ocean scented candles from Hobby Lobby.
4. Girlfriend or SO is on board, so no worry of them walking in on you. In fact, they are quite the beneficiary! This really eases your mind and further helps you relax.
5. I don't smoke
6. Decent health
7. Helix Syn did not completely get me there, purchased a Progasm Jr also and that is what got me there.
8. If you feel uptight, you will not get there
9. Too much lube is almost just enough. Lube increases the surface area of the tip of the Aneros device, which increases your odds of stimulation. In fact, after you take the device out, you may even have aftershocks causes solely by the lube still being in place on your prostate.
