A device for counting PC/BC squeezes at a certain pressure. You flex the muscles, bending the device in a way that engages a "clicker", which clicks, and turns over a counter. Either something analog or connected to an app on your phone. Or no counter at all, and you have to count off in your head. Possibly allow for adjustable tension for requiring more pressure before the device clicks, enabling a progressive exercise routine.

Thanks. I was thinking about that all I'd seen so far were "coaching" apps, but nothing that actually measured strength.

@kaygo, believe it or not, but I have mentioned to the powers that be at Aneros the possibility of incorporating pressure sensor technology to interactively drive a sophisticated articulating and vibratory Aneros model. Such a device could react in programmable ways to not only anal muscle and rectal muscle pressure but it could also respond differently based upon the frequency of those contractions. I have no idea how much development cost would be involved but it may come sooner than we think.

Good Vibes to You !

I bet it starts with something like membrane switches. Good enough at least for endurance training. Squeeze and hold, and a stopwatch starts, and stops when you can't hold anymore.
