Like the Syn, very comfy. But the PTab arm is not very strong.

That is part of its unique design.

The syn is a narrow unit compared to the classic with a lighter p tab. It can slide off the prostate like a pitcher falling off a mound. The p tab lightly stimulates but is not useless. The trick is to keep the whole anEros riding the internal p spot. The difference between a light butterfly flickering of a clitoris with the narrow tip of the tongue versus a full thick tongue bathing of the vulva. It requires a little more expertise to control contact or if not, focus and awareness of internal sensation. Whatever feels good. I have seen in the videos during the use of the syn a rolling of the p tab laterally and people manually realigning. However it does offer a smoother ride with a lighter p tab touch that minimizes pressure and discomfort.

I find that a relief. The original MGX's tab digs so much into the perineum that it can ache.
