Semi automatic to automatic

I feel like I’ve gotten to the point where nipples are rewired to induce increased contractions and pleasure but after awhile or if I stop then everything stops. So sort of semi automatic. 

is there any point where the pleasure and contractions just come automatically without depending on the nipples to intensify pleasure/start contractions?

(Actually I think my nipple response has evolved over time. Initially every nipple swipe led to a rapid anal contraction. But nowadays I don’t really get those rapid anal contractions. For example if I have a Tempo inserted it almost feels like when I tickle my left nipple like I’m directly tickling my prostrate with the head of the tempo. When it gets intense then my anus contracts more pulling the tempo in for more pressure whereas before it used to rapidly contract over and over with each swipe of the nipple)
