Has anyone else tried using a meditation app in their sessions? Got my Helix Syn Trident about a week ago and have had a handful sessions. It's been ok, but no orgasm or SuperO that I had read about online. ...until maybe last night. Instead of warming up with porn, I decided to remove all of my usual sexual arousal stuff (porn, fantasy, etc.). I instead turned down the lights and did a guided relaxation on a meditation app with ear buds. I had gone to gym after work so my body was ready to relax. I then lubed up the Aneros massager, inserted it, and switched to a soundscape on my ear buds - a beach soundscape with a steady beat of the surf in the distance. After inserting the massager I became aware of that very full feeling, like passing a stool which often give me a mild pit in my stomach. This sensation gave way to feeling a bit like needing to pee. I took some breaths and continued to focus on relaxing. After a few minutes I started having very mild pulsing and tingling in my pelvic floor - very faint and ephemeral; like an early morning mist over a pond. I remember reading on this forum to not clench or force the pleasure so it was like spotting a deer in the forest. No sudden moves. I instead tried to relax and feel like i was letting go or surrendering to the feeling. The pulsing sensations grew for several seconds and then it was over. Not sure if it was a my first orgasm. Possibly just P waves or a BabyO but seems to heading in the right direction.

Mindgasm can be pretty good, or binaural beats, guided meditation...

The biggest challenge is finding something that fits the pace of your session and integrates the elements you enjoy. Mindgasm does not include nipple play, for instance. Some other material will instruct you to breathe at a pace that is not comfortable or natural for you, or the program ends before you are done or assumes that you are very relaxed at a certain time, while you might need a few more minutes to get there. Anything that throws the timing off can be jarring.

Sounds of nature like you used are pretty good and I like all kind of music for sessions, from 1980's rock to modern melodic death-metal with opera elements. It's all about finding somethign that feels good to listen to for an hour or two.
