Ok so this seems to be a problem for a lot of people. I've seen many posts about it, but have not seen am exact answer. Maybe there is no exact answer. However, I'll ask it again for my own knowledge and for the sake of others, in case someone decides to give a more specific answer to what most see as a huge dilema. Sphincter muscles which are used to cut off a turd for lack of better analogy. Or the muscles that stop you from peeing? Or the muscles near your perenium? I think if someone could answer this specifically, it would help out a great deal with peoples journies. Mine included. Thx 😆
