I have both the Helix and the MGX and prefer the Helix. I have been using for 3 weeks and the pleasure is great but still have not had the super o. The Helix goes in very easy. I am wondering if the Progasm would work better for me since it is bigger. Any help would be appreaciated.

"...3 weeks and the pleasure is great..."! 😀 A lot of guys would give a great deal to be able to say that! Have you read the Wiki and the Sticky threads here? Lot's of great and energetic advice there!

The real key to progress is to stop "trying" for Super-Os or anything specific. Go into your sessions without any expectations. Just be OPEN to whatever starts happening... and as something does ALLOW it to develop as it will WITHOUT REACHING for it or attempting to control it. Generally the best route to real long-term rewiring.

Welcome to the Forum.

The frustration you are experiencing is a very common phenomenon with new Aneros users. I agree with 'artform' you are probably suffering from expectation anxiety.

As the the song goes "It ain't the meat, it's the motion...", and bigger is not necessarily better, especially if you've read any of the reviews about the Peridise. Jumping up to the Progasm will not necessarily propel you into the Super-O zone.
