Watched some videos posted by Aneros users. Not all of them use the term "super-O", but most of these videos show them shaking in different paces. My question is: Is the body shaking involuntary, is it controlled or is it "encouraged" by amplifying the urge to move around? To those who have experienced the shaking, can you detail what happens or how it feels before the shaking? Did you "want to" or "have to" shake?

Not sure, but good question. I feel like my hips thrust upward as I'm on my back on the floor (on a comfy mat) during orgasm, but not always. Sometimes I kind of move my legs a little but my feet are planted on the floor, knees bent, and my knees kind of move side to side a little bit. I can't move too much because I'm working my nipples with my fingers, so I kind of keep my arms steady to make sure I'm working everything perfectly as orgasm builds and then explodes. I usually kind of throw my knees together and raise my hips up a couple inches during intense orgasms.

But the flailing, intense shaking, rolling, legs kicking, arms going all over, even hopping around and bouncing around I've seen online, that stuff never happens to me. And I have easily 30+ orgasms in any given session.

Hello!

As for the trembling, it's involuntary. It's the body reacting to the fact that the Aneros is touching the prostate with a bit more force, which triggers a nervous response in the organ.

And the more the organ is stimulated and receives this massage, the more it craves it and starts to tremble, indicating that it's on the right path to orgasm.

So if the body reacts, you should let it be, don't block the energy.

If it's trembling... that's a good sign! 🙂

I'd say it mostly subconscious urge to shake. You've got some control over it, but it's best not to resist.

My understanding is that it's a neural overflow, and your body needs to dissipate accumulated energy from the stimulation somewhere. A pleasure will follow the shaking once you let it go freely.

From my experience, involuntary shaking is just one of the forms of energy dissipation. You might also get localized or full body chills, internal tickling, gentle vibratory sensations. The full body experience might differ quite a bit between sessions and it's part of the fun. Enjoy! 😊

The shaking is involuntary for me. I neither encourage it nor try to stop it. For me I would describe it like being so nervous you begin to shake. My body is feeling so many pleasurable feelings and I become so aroused that my leg muscles at my thighs will begin to shake. Sometimes it’s extreme and others it’s subtle. It’s in the moment for me because if I’m distracted it will stop. I can usually get back into it fairly quickly though.

It definitely is involuntary and is a response to the stimulation of the prostate. Sometimes sneaks up on you while Aneros is working it - just relax and let it continue to take your breath away! It will be euphoric and many times your eyes will roll back as well!

Glad finally seeing some responses. (Feels like we’re taken back to the snail mail era!😀) What you guys shared sounds amazing. How lucky and awesome to experience that once or twice, let alone from time to time!

Now while still new to Aneros, I know this much. The whole journey of learning to enjoy Aneros differs from individual to individual, and session to session. The “rock your world” kind of experiences are not something that can be instantly or even slowly learned, and certainly not something that can be forced. It may not even be in store for some of us at all? That said, I’d still love to hear folks who have had that experience to share more. Like, how did it happen the first time? What have you done differently to trigger it? Or just anything you feel might’ve helped.
