The music that works the best for me is to variate the kind of music.
I put the playlist in shuffle mode and I have many sorts of music that change every few minutes, inviting me to take a new aneros contraction tempo.

I somewhat imagine myself dansing with my aneros, as if we were forming a couple. The aneros is personified into a sexy girl.
