Warranty return issues...

Hello all, I need your help a little bit.
For your information, I have been calling and emailing Aneros support for about two or so weeks on-and-off about an issue concerning my warranty. I signed the form, and sent the package around the 24th or so-one week later. I made sure to include a quick shipping option to Aneros's PO box, and only much later (three days after I shipped) did the carrier mention that they will not ship to said PO box. So, I am stuck here with a package in transit for most of a week, and need some sort of address for me to send the warranty item to. If not, I will just have the carrier return the item to me. I lost the original information from when the item in question was sent to me months ago, but any help would be appreciated.

Best Wishes and Thanks,
-J

Warranty? Item in question?
I'm sorry dude but if you have an item that you "utilized" then it becomes an object only fit for medical/bio hazard waste much like a syringe. I don't recall a warranty in any of my purchases and even if it did I wouldn't send a bio hazard medical waste product th rough the mail to anybody. Take pics if there is a problem or use a 1800 number. But mail?
Who do you want to handle that? It's not sterilized unless it's been put through an autoclave. Get it back and use email

An interesting question regarding the item you are returning. Was there a manufacturer defect in the item or did you just not get the results you were looking for?

Guys, calm down. He asks simple questions. Unless you are an employee of Aneros, how about offering some non-condescending advice. That's all he asks.

Thanks for that XTim. lol ... ! And now I have more to add to my 'most bizarre list' and it doesn't bode well in terms of hygiene. I was not aware these companies would ever consider returns on items of this nature, used or unused, leaves one to ponder the thought ... As I open my freshly sealed, plastic wrapped and boxed 'new item'—"Hmmm! I wonder whose bum this has been up?"

Question is: What do they do with all the returned items? Toss in the trash, put them up on eBay, the local flea market? The list goes on and on. I do appreciate Aneros for their return policy, (which I was unaware of) and trust the disposal of said items. Aneros is not in the market of selling dildos and other assorted 'bookstore' items, they're a terrific company and I sincerely hope that 007 will find resolution with his issue.

XTim - you might like to lighten up a little and find the humor, it's all there.

@Vic I was light, I was smiling the whole time. Thinking of the bizarre $h!t I have seen on the internet and thinking that returning a washed ass toy is not the worst thing I have seen by any stretch of the imagination.

I imagine they destroy them the liability would be to great to use them any other way. Hell there may be a reddit group for a used toy fetish group.

X time, haha! That is funny. It would not surprise me if there (was) a Reddit Group focused on used-dildos and dirty socks. What's one mans gross, is another mans gorge! What a weird mob we are.

Don't intend to freak you out, but more and more municipalities are considering ways to convert your toilet water into drinking water and some are already doing that.

"Don't intend to freak you out!"

Don't worry Gilman, Trump has already covered the freak-out feature of future freakdom.

Jesus H, that is so believable yet shocking and unbelievable. Converting toilet water into wine right under our very noses. I have three words for that: STINK STANK STUNK!

*sighs* The item in question is the vibrator within the product, and is immaculate.* Let me clear that up before any more issues develop...

The Aneros Muze, to be precise. The button is not working, and I did all basic fixes that I could.

Seems to be a defect for the button of the Muze vibrator.

Thanks, Vic. I am not asking them to give me a new mold-just replace my vibrator.

Thanks...I am sorry this blew out of proportion, as I was not even sure I would get a response...and low and behold, I suddenly seem to be spreading disease, cancer, and more things...when I clean my toys, and would never refund ones I have used. My preference is to have the Muze replaced, or for them to burn my mold and vibe in the deep fires of Hades and gimme a new one...not spread disease. -_-

See the Vibrators bit? THAT is ehat I want replaced. That's it. If that is difficult for Aneros ( I DID buy the product here, fyi...), then having an alternate Vice model shipped is also acceptable.

The switch on mine broke the third time I used it. I had read several reviews on the product where people noted the switch broke on the original and the replacement unit. So I didn't bother sending mine in for replacement. Appears there may be a design flaw in the switch. If they are able to fix the design flaw I'd consider buying another some day.

Well, I actually had it returned and am thinking of swapping out for a doc johnson vibe that may be quieter and last a bit longer, tbh. ^^"

Contaminated me? Not yet...I do live in a city, so I agree with the toilet water bit...you just have to get used to the extra flavoring and the slightly shitty smell.

Contacted me? Yes...but I am not sure I wish to wait around for that debacle again...or if I should send in the entire Vice product or just the virbator...of work with the other plan I mentioned.

P.S.-roygbiv...it seems to be something with the spring, btw...if someone can push the spring back up to i's proper position or replace it with a stronger one, the product would last longer. Mine works, it is just REALLY difficult and almost not worth the effort of using the Muze.

THAT is why I wish to replace the vibrator. ^^"
