Yes, yes, yes... I know what you're all thinking: "gross!", but you can sterilize just about anything! And no, this is not a fetish. Haha I'm just very new to the prostate scene and am a broke college student, so I can't really afford dropping the cash for one of these glorious-sounding massagers.
