Urination during prostate orgasm

I don't know, maybe you just have to pee a lot from the stimulation of your prostate? The dildo is surely putting pressure on the wall of your bladder, at least a little bit. I've never heard of this phenomenon before. If you had an Aneros your reaction might be different.

I made this same post on reddit and a few other people seemed to be having a similar problem. Like I said in the post getting an aneros isnt really an option at the moment. Hopefully somebody has had this happened and figured out how to either avoid it or push through it.

That used to happen to me a lot when I was exploring prostate stimulation in the early 1990s. I ended up slipping the right size bottle over my penis so if I did release some urine that it would not make any mess or trouble. Made it easy to relax that way.

@randomdude131131131 how old are you? The older I get (52) the more I have to urinate during the day and sometimes at night.

My body is usually able to hold it until morning but sometimes my bladder aches from so much accumulation.

I've only had to urinate a during long Aneros sessions (I don't do long ones much anymore).. but I could always hold it until I made it to the facilities.

maybe you are not fully emptying your bladder or you had so much fluid earlier that it's just naturally filling up the bladder?

maybe try less fluid intake before a session empty right before and keep the session to an hour or so and see if that avoids the urge?

@HereByAccident I'm 18 and do not have any trouble with my bladder at all normally. Even though I have been having issues with this for a while, last night actually I think I made a little progress. I went less deep with the toy, and did kegals for a while before and during the session and I started feeling a different feeling than normal. It was a kind of tingly feeling, and was more pleasurable. I didnt have an orgasm, but I think I got closeish. Thanks for trying to help though, appreciate it.

I have had the exact thing happen to me! For reference, I've been using my Aneros' for a while now and have never had this happen while riding one. However, recently I've started exploring anal pleasure, specifically anal orgasms, using dildos and have had a similar experience several times now. As my anus relaxes around whatever toy I'm using, I feel that familiar urge to pee. However as the pace and depth increase, I will sometimes have what I thought was a squirting orgasm. However, I'm not so sure this is what is happening. A great deal of clear liquid comes out, and it's not accompanied by any additional pleasure. Plus it doesn't always happen when I have an anal orgasm. Based on what I've read here (and what I'm assuming is your post on Reddit), I'm pretty sure my bladder is being overstimulated. My last session I went slower and less focus on depth and I didn't have the big, explosive mess I've had in the past, but I did have some fluid squirt out. These mini spurts were only after I removed the toy I was using, while the orgasm contractions were relaxing.

To me this sounds like the male version of squirting.. which I have been trying to accomplish for quite some time, most specifically through complete pelvic floor relaxation combined with slow but constant stimulation of only the penis glands. I feel like I have quite a bit of success over the past few months, the sensations of needing to pee and throbbing of the head have magnified significantly, even started to get some sensations building in the perineal. All these sensations are very enjoyable and sort of feel like edging to a degree, but I have never managed to quirt yet. I have most success with this when a aneros or dildo is inserted.
