This morning I followed my usual routine and had my Eupho inserted but was not getting any "results". Normally I start having mini-O's within 5 minutes or less but I wasn't feeling much of anything.

That's when I realized I was "trying" to have an orgasm. At that point I started letting go of my expectations and practicing my deep breathing. I gave up the idea that anything would happen and just "enjoyed the journey". After a while I had a couple of intense orgasms.

Once again I am reminded that "trying" or "expecting a result" is completely counter productive for me.

If you find yourself not enjoying yourself you might be trying too hard.

Yes, - it's a paradox! I expect that most Aneros adepts would agree that the less one tries to promote orgasm the greater will be the result - much greater!

And it must be the hardest thing to learn for beginners who are searching for their big MMOs.

Oh you blokes make it sound so easy!
I've been trying not to try for a couple of weeks now and last night was the first time something big started to happen. I'd been trying obviously too hard for about an hour or so to have some sort of orgasm, you know, light contractions, hard contractions, short strokes, fast strokes, everything I could muster up. So I rolled over on my stomach and just basically gave up any sort of contracting, starting my relaxing routine, allowing myself to totally relax I felt a sort of buzzing in my pelvic area gain strength, my heart started pounding, unfortunately being a total twit, I tried to make it happen! The feelings subsided never to return 🙄 Nevermind there's always tomorrow.
