Hi,
how often do you guys masturbate? I have read about letting it build up. Does this mean twice a week, once a week or never? Please advise and dont refer me to wiki.

I presume your question is about masturbating past the point of orgasm and through to the point of ejaculation.
You might want to read the thread How do you know when it is time to ejaculate? for further input. At my age 7-10 days between ejaculations works OK but your frequency could be entirely different. If you are referring to masturbation in the sense of just providing some genital stimulation (not necessarily leading to orgasm) then I would have to answer daily, occasionally multiple times during the day, kind of like teasing oneself.
