Tips for progressing for infrequent users

Hi Everyone,

I purchased a helix syn a couple of months ago and was able to get a couple of good sessions in with it, about 5 in total. Got some interesting feelings, from the device and was able to progress to some pretty serious involuntary large muscle spasms (mostly focused in my quad muscles and glutes). Some other milestones (from the wiki) that I was able to acheive were, intense erection, feeling of needing to urinate though I had voided my bladder before starting, some heavy breathing and increased heart rate (mostly associated with the large muscle spams) but no leakage or warm tingly feeling or much awareness of the feeling of my prostate other than a comfortable pressure. Anyway, that's where I'm at in my journey.

My problem is that with a very busy lifestyle my aneros sessions are going to be very infrequent for the foreseeable future. I've been keeping this a secret from my wife as I would prefer to make this journey on my own before involving her and opening up my "freaky" side. I'm sure she'll be fine with it, but I like to have my little secrets and I'm just not comfortable yet. I also have pre-school aged children who occupy much of my time. So the only time I really have to go through the process of cleaning out with an anal douche, lubing up, inserting and getting relaxed and having a good 1.5 to 2 hours to myself is when the wife is out of town and the lads have gone to sleep.

With all that being said, my question to the community and the experts out there is are there any tips or techniques that I can use to continue to "awaken" my prostate with relatively infrequent aneros use? I would like to continue to progress in this process so that when I do have time to have sessions with the tool they can be positive and productive.

Thanks and I look forward to your responses.

I'm pretty much in the same waters as you. After already 5 sessions, it sounds like your body is responding well. A little more information: Do you start with a low-level contraction to start your sessions? Or do you prefer the "do-nothing" method? In either case, I would say that in between sessions, you can do muscle clamps (PC and anus clamps) to add strength to your orgasmic contractions. Many users do these to start Aneros-less orgasms (A-less). Another option: start showering at night, then use that time to excuse to prep yourself.

I usually start with the do nothing method. Just lay on my back with a pillow under my lower back and try to feel my pulse against the syn. After about 10 minutes or so I'll do some alternating PC and anal contractions and explore how things feel. After I get bored with that I'll do anal contractions held at 70-80% until I get the muscles fluttering and that's when the leg and glute spasm start. At that point I tend to lose my focus on the internal feelings and get caught up in the spasms.

I do practice PC and anal clamps from time to time but they don't "activate" any feelings in the prostate area.

@Rommel Osage I don't think you have to worry. Even if you are doing infrequent Aneros sessions, I believe your prostate will continue to awaken and you may find that "it" is asking for a session (so-called prostate horniness). Just stay positive during your sessions and don't expect the moon! Good luck!

Hello
A little trick I did when I first started was to set my car on curse control at 60. I would than hold a contraction for a mile than release for the next mile and so on. This helped me build up my mussles in my butt and crouch. It also helped me reconize what feelings I might be able to achive. It also made the 30 mile ride home alot more fun.
Start with a half mile and build up from there, if a mile is to far. Do not over do it because it is just for fun.

Good luck

@aneros_user83540, I like that idea and will give it a try on Monday on my way to work.

I just saw an old post from Rumel about sitting on a tennis ball and rocking around. Might try that with a baseball while sitting on the couch. If it works to stimulate the prostate like the aneros then I can continue to develop my prostate awareness so that when I do get to have anerosessions they'll be productive.

Cheers
