So with being fluent in homosexual activities I have had my ass open before. With being here with aneros and learning so much I have learned to keep everything tight and right. Now with a year under my belt I now only cum on the weekends but still have m casual rides during the week. While I ride or when i have free time I spend it doing my kegel excises. After dong them consistently during the day I have the tightest ass ever. lol I was actually having a trouble with having my Progasm Ice sip out but I just assumed I was using to much lube. But after kegeling for some weeks straight I can enjoy my rides more freely and don't have to check to see if its in or not.

Hi @BigOluver,

I am glad that the Kegel Exercises have helped you along in developing muscle control in your ass and that they have helped you with your rides with Progasm Ice.

I used the Kegel Exercises a great deal in my beginning months with both Progasm and Maximus. The Kegels gave me confidence with both larger and smaller Aneros models.

Kegels will keep your sphinxter tight, plenty of lube for my progasm and other toys. Usually a few enemas to get super clean before pegging before that big strapon

Its very tight now. It now takes a few tries to get my device in which is a nice thing. Knowing its not gonna slide out gives me more time to just enjoy the ride.
