I dont do anything,
and the bliss begins.
I love stilness,
and waves arise and expand.
I dont create the experience,
yet it arises.
I dont have any whishes,
and they become tru

- Let go of expectations

- Going deeper

- Observe what arises

- Practice being the mind that dosent seek anything. Let things arise by purposely not looking for them

- You dont create the experience, you create the favorable conditions and the intention, and thenwait for it to arise

- Not interpretation, experiencing things more purely will let them better circulate

- Approach each session with disbelief, no expectancy, curiosity... alow yourself to be surprised

- Let youself be breathed

- Be aware of sensations arise them

- Let go of tension

- Observe what arises but dont be serious about it. Have a soft will. The observations is qualitatively different from soft to hard. In soft attention you are lying down on the grass looking at the clouds and shapes arise out of nowhere. In hard attention you are have stress and are in a hurry to find the contact lense you droped on the floor. ------> dont look for something let it pop out of knowhere, let it include itself in your awareness

Wonderful esfenoides! 😀

This is what it is.

Just being brings it into being.

It's flow enjoys your smiles or laughter.

...and at the same time...

These tools can bring direct relief.

An uninterrupted good night's sleep.

Relief at ease of relief.

...and everything inbetween...

Thank you so much esfenoides for The Tao of O.

soaring sailing on calm bliss seas all

Beautiful posts esfenoides and artform!!! 😀

For anyone that is interesting in reading the Tao Te Ching. The following is a link to a free translation into English of it that is just beautiful to read in it's poetry, simplicity, and wisdom.

I don't understand!
@gdunn said I should read this.
I think I already do much or all of this. Yet nothing good comes out of it.

What's the point of posting Tao posts? Tao is designed to confuse.
Tao has too many interpretations that are unhelpful or represent a state of being, but that state appears to be unachievable without assistance.
