Happy New Year Everyone!  I'm glad the Forum is up and working again.

 

Since the beginning of December I have settled into a routine that has been very satisfying.  Once or twice a week I have a short session lasting 25 to 30 minutes.  I lube up and insert the Aneros massager (Helix Trident is my current favorite).  Slow and deep breathing for about five minutes leads to the start of p-waves followed soon after my mini-Os.  I sometimes include Kegel exercises but involuntary contractions often make it unnecessary.  Gentle nipple diddling never fails to ramp things up and I experience multiple dry-Os or Supper-Os.  So far I have had consistent success and will stick to this routine as long as it works.  Good luck to everyone who is on this journey and finding out what works for them.

@OntheJourney, I believe you are on the right now when you use nipple diddling and the Kegels in your Aneros sessions. However, I believe you have greater things in store when you Kegel and diddle your nipples while you are in Aless, perhaps even in bed at night!
