Since the beginning of December I have settled into a routine that has been very satisfying. Â Once or twice a week I have a short session lasting 25 to 30 minutes. Â I lube up and insert the Aneros massager (Helix Trident is my current favorite). Â Slow and deep breathing for about five minutes leads to the start of p-waves followed soon after my mini-Os. Â I sometimes include Kegel exercises but involuntary contractions often make it unnecessary. Â Gentle nipple diddling never fails to ramp things up and I experience multiple dry-Os or Supper-Os. Â So far I have had consistent success and will stick to this routine as long as it works. Â Good luck to everyone who is on this journey and finding out what works for them.
@OntheJourney, I believe you are on the right now when you use nipple diddling and the Kegels in your Aneros sessions. However, I believe you have greater things in store when you Kegel and diddle your nipples while you are in Aless, perhaps even in bed at night!
