I am currently taking fish oil and have recently added goat weed to the mix as recommended by some on this forumn. To be honest, I don't feel any different since I started taking them. Should I feel anything or would the effects be so subtle that I would not notice it? Is there a way to know if these suppements are doing me any good? I am in good health and have a good diet, get yearly physicals and have no medical issues.
Am I expecting too much to actually feel different or would you recommend I just stay the course?

How much EPA and DHA are you taking a day? And how much do you weigh? Dosage is everything.

Although, man, I really get tired of repeating myself, you can get my book that goes into exhaustive detail about the diet on amazon for less than eight bucks used. Here:

The Orgasmic Diet

Thank you! 🙂 That's a relief. In particular I always worry about typing out the drug interaction warnings, it's nice not to have to retype.

The diet for men is the same as in the book, except do not take iron supplements, and obviously use the Aneros instead of the Gyneflex. I would have put that in my book, except my publisher wanted it for women only.
