I have been doing my meditation and deep breathing exercises and what i end up getting is a static/buzzing like sensation. This has always starts in my left hand and moves around my body. My last session got pretty intense with this feeling, it pretty much makes my body feel extremely heavy. It does not hurt nor feel pleasureable just feels strange (I have managed to have what I think is my first mini o from this sensation) My body feels kinda numb afterwards and i feel disoriented (not for very long)

Any body else experienced this type of thing before? Would I be wrong in saying this could be a P-wave and my body is not used to it?
My sessions this week have been amazing! (in terms of learning) Stuff is finally happening!

I know before I started aneros training I was looking into deep relaxation and the like. I doubt it's not the following, but it's worth posting regardless. When I was practicing deep relaxation and meditation (I was trying to achieve sleep paralysis), I remember there being about 4 landmarks on the way to it, and each one caused a sort of wave along with my body getting heavier. I only hit the 4th mark once but I remember hitting 3 a couple of times. For me it felt like I was physically tired (but not in a bad feeling sort of way) and could kind of feel a tingling like when your leg falls asleep but with no pain whatsoever.
Perhaps it could be a little something like that? Probably not but it's worth posting regardless.
