I have just recently broke through and had some nice dry o's Lately I have been having some very intense and pleasurable orgasms that i am assuming are prostate orgasms. Long intense build up and release, anal contractions during and continuing after, but I am also ejaculating during the session. I do not notice it like i would during a traditional O but when it is over there it is. It does not shoot out like a normal O just leaves a puddle, and a few times I was not even hard. My question is are these prostate O's or just more intense traditional O's?

Prostate fluid does and can come out during prostate orgasms, at least it happens to me sometimes. Depends on the toy I'm using. It only comes out of me if I'm completely flaccid, never if I happen to get hard. It's all hands-free too. Little drops to a small puddle sometimes, probably has to do with my arousal and what I ate or drank before my session.

Recently I have had a mini 'ejaculation' of pure pre-cum, shot out just like a normal ejaculation, small amount, and definitely no sperm in it. Nice feeling.
