sorry, but I didn't send an email or call today.... nor did I receive my order. it was placed on Dec 10 and the tracking number I was sent in the order conformation still doesn't show that the item has been shipped. In the email I received on Dec 21 I was told the order has not been shipped yet

I don't think anyone would mind you highjacking the thread. I really hope the issue gets resolved and you finally get what you ordered.

How is the tempo packaged? i saw a small black box on the info page, does it come in a box? Is it possible to use it as a permanent storage for the device? Is the inside similar to the vice box? (molded plastic that fit the shape of the tempo)

The Aneros Vice is on backorder - if your order contained a Vice that may be why it hasn't shipped. I'd appreciate a PM with your invoice number so that I can look into this personally.

My Tempo order also contained a Vice. Is there an estimated time for how long it might be for the back order to be filled? I guess the Vice is selling quite well, so that's good news business-wise.

I just checked the tracking number, and mine arrived at the major USPS depot in my state earlier this evening! WOOHOO!!! If Saturday wasn't Christmas, it would probably arrive then, but I'll have to wait until Monday. WOOHOO!!!

I ordered the Vice back in November and received the tracking number on 10th December and it still hasn't arrived.
At this rate I don't expect to receive the Tempo before February.
Still, if they are as good as everyone says they are, I'm prepared to wait however long it takes!

The Vice is on backorder now. However, our shipping department should not have created the tracking numbers for these orders, which is what I think happened. I'll have an update on Monday.

Thank you for that update Support, I am quite anxious to get both the Tempo, and Vice!
So, back to the reason for this thread - anyone who has gotten the Tempo - can you provide some more feedback/reviews on it? I've tried to compare the measurements to other models I have, but am really curious about the weight.
Is there anything common weight-wise you can compare it to?

IT'S A CHRISTMAS MIRACLE!! We came home from the inlaws this evening, and the kids said there's a package from Houston between the inner and outer door. I had to do some creative evasive answers, but I rushed in my office and unwrapped it. It is really something! It's kind-of heavy, and the box is quite beautiful, albeit a little tricky to figure out how to open it (hint: it has a magnetic latch). It's nice and cold from the trip up; I hope I can try it out while it's still cold. I fully wasn't expecting it until Monday.

my order was for a vice (and a new progasm) so I guess that is the problem
I must say I'm quite impressed that you are taking care of business on christmas day!

Hmmm, Tempo failed to arrive from the Postal person on the 24th as originally advertised. :confused: No vibes here.

Now, USPS shows the shipment originated on the 28th (today) from Houston rather than the 24th as originally shown. Looks like Tempo got the better of the Postal service and made a U-turn somewhere on the West Coast. Never seen this happen before. Perhaps the Boomerang version destined for someone in Australia (Pommie ?) was sent my way in error.

Envious of Carolinaguy and all the other out there who are getting the good vibes and waves. Keep us posted guys 🙂

I really hope you get yours soon, rook. I'm so excited, another week and i got mine (since i live on the other side of the planet things from US takes approx two week to get here) so i'm just sitting here trying to decipher what is written in braille on my skin.
