I think that a special designed pillow that it does not touch /and stimulate/ to penis. It would be like a donut shape. When I lie face down, I can feel better my aneros and its sensation. But my penis is touched to bed, and it is not good for me. If I use a donut shaped pillow, I think that it will be more suitable for me, and I can go on my session for more long time and more pleasurely. Any idea from you ??
I actually made 2 pillows in a "U" shape a long time ago, from upholstery foam, to keep the tail from hitting the bed, but they'll work facing down, too. I made sleeves to protect them but you can drape a blanket over them instead and they'll stay clean. One could be enough but I made two so I could stack them and get more "lift". Hope this gives you some ideas.
They sell donut and orthopaedic pillows everywhere! Problem solved.
What I'd like to have is a way of holding my legs up easily, since either my feet slip or my legs can't hold still when fully relaxed...
Hey @frekansdavtamj,
You may get yourself a simple wedge cushion. Just let the penis and butt hang over the edge. These cushions come in a lot of sizes and prices, so you may research for a while before you decide on a model. Tried it myself, works pretty good.
I've tried pillows in the past but then my wife and I started having sex on the floor (honestly its amazing, easier on my hands and we can get much better alignment for thrusting, and she has an easier time on top of me because her knees don't sink into the bed and she get ride up and down better for longer strokes 😉 ) I started to have prostate sessions on the floor too and OMG what a revelation it was! My lower back flat on the floor is great and feels good. And the tail of the toys (for the ones I didn't cut off at least) never hits the floor; the Trident K-tab doesn't touch anything but the bottom of my tailbone/Kundalini spot. Floor might be tough for some people but if you put some blankets down you'll be fine. It literally changed my sessions overnight when I moved to the floor! I've probably had 5 or less sessions on a bed in the last 7 or so years and when I am on a bed I'm with my wife so it isn't the most traditional session for me.
In my opinion, sessions on the floor are the way to go, like you said, it was also a revelation for me. Being able to play with muscle tension and feedback without sinking in the mattress is a big part of it. I'm a pretty thin guy and find that a beach towel is all I need to be comfy, and it's mainly to protect the floor. I also think that it may prevent falling asleep when I'm really relaxed. Highly recommended.

I find the floor painful.
I could not do it on my front or laying on my side, not enough natural padding. But on my back it's mainly my upper back and butt that are contacting the floor, and I'll put a thin cushion under my head sometimes, but often do without. Maybe the way I'm built makes it comfortable for me, I don't know.

A yoga mat might work too.
Thanks for the suggestions, @techpump and @unfug. We have hardwood in our bedroom so I used a yoga mat and wow, best session yet. Suggestion for those who do try this, put a towel under your lower back so you don't suction to the floor/mat.
