Being a smaller man at around 5ft 4in I've found that larger devices don't seem to work as much as others (yet anyway) so for me the best that work currently are:

helix
mgx
tempo

Currently finding the mgx the best overall. The sgx is great too but once things get going the abutment tab digs in way too much and hurts, perhaps too small that one!

@The_Fury I have had great success lately with the High Island Health's Model 950. It is not too large and seems to hit my prostate in the right spot. Also, it is not too expensive (~$40). BTW, I am tall (6 ft 3 in) and have found this model just as satisfying as larger ones I have owned (such as Pro Jr). I experience no discomfort from the 950 and feel great after a session!
