Every massage therapist has their own practice style so it's difficult for us to know what to expect. The most important thing for you is to be able to relax so you can enjoy the entire experience. Make sure you've had a bowel movement a couple of hours before your appointment and probably do a rectal flush as well (see Cleaning your rectum in the Aneros WIKI). One glass of wine (but don't have more than that) may also help you relax. You may find reading this article on Tantric Massage helpful as well. An adventurous, open minded attitude will help immensely, enjoy your massage! Good Vibes to You !

Man... I wish I knew some place in the UK close to me that did such massages. I've no idea how to find such places.
