Rhythm and Timing

Newbie here confused some things. The only luck I am having thus far is by using my Aneros with very, very fast and hard contractions along with pelvic thrusts. I have gathered that this isn't the best way to use the product, though. I am having trouble finding a post where someone suggests an exact cadence to use the product by. I know everyone is different, but for example would it be good to slowly contract for 5 seconds, slowly release for 5 seconds, and keep up such a rhythm until something (involuntaries hopefully ?) happen? I know that slow and soft is supposed to be better than hard and fast at first. But how many contractions in a minute are ideal?

Thanks for any responses.

You will have to experiment with contractions to see what works best for you. The general rule is less is more, but your mileage may vary.

Personally, I have found the do nothing approach to be best for me.

Everyone is different but relax and start slowly. Experiment to see what works best for you but thrusting is generally not a good idea. Slow contractions and relaxations and a natural rhythm will develop! Just let it develop and enjoy!

@EJGJCO Have you tried the "do-nothing" technique? After you insert Aneros, and assuming you are sufficiently aroused, you will find some movement by itself. It may be slight but you will feel it. Just relax and let your body direct the action. In time, you may feel the need to increase the contraction strength and/or rate. When you feel it take over, just go with it and don't try to hold back. You may find that your technique changes during the course of a session. Good luck!

Thank you all for your responses. I have tried the do nothing for brief periods, and do get movement when aroused, just not sure on the proper technique from that point forward.

@EJGJCO There is no technique. What might work for others may not work for you. I suggest to have patience and keep on experimenting.

When I was a beginner my mentor was @ArcticWolves who suggested a five-beat rhythm (one, two, one two three) and it worked well for him. I found it best to lie quietly for several minutes then, make a very small contraction. Next I "remain quiet" and wait for an echo (tiny involuntary response from somewhere in my body.) If I sense the echo, I'll respond with another small contraction. etc. etc.
