I usually use my aneros lying on my back with my legs propped up with cushions. I have felt for some time that the rear part of the tab presses against the bed and inhibits movement so I cut it off. @Taff1 yes!! I reached my first prostate orgasms by cutting the handle off all my first models, the MGX the Eupho and the Progasm. Like you, the handle (k-tab on Progasm) would hinder movement because I'm on my back, like you are. That was a revelation for me and really catapulted me into hands free orgasm land in no time!!

@seanyea No I used wire cutters because the plastic is so dense! And then silicone sand paper to polish the rough sharp cut surfaces down. Took a little time but 15 minutes later, I had an Aneros that you would never know had a handle on it 😉

I think it depends on your preferences and the models you guys use.

When I'm using Trident units, I don't experience any discomfort lying on my back. The K-tab isn't touching the bed. I can't say if mobility is the best with the K-tab because I've never experienced any toy truly dancing in my ass.

But handles on the Classic models always scratch against the mattress. Which can be either good or bad, depending on what you're expecting. For me, it can be an interesting addition to the session because of the micro-vibrations these discrete movements create, and it adds a sort of zest to the whole spectrum of sensations. Or, it can just be annoying on another day. But I haven't cut the handles off because I've only just completed my Classic lineup (yeah, in 2026 LOL), and I want them to look and function as they were designed—at least for now.

But I've cut the handles off all my non-Aneros massagers, and I have a lot of them. Some of them replicate the look of Aneros, so I know what the difference would be after cutting the handle on an Aneros Classic. Honestly, I think the handle should have never existed in the first place. I don't regret investing some time in cutting, sanding, and polishing. DIY or die 🤘

To cut or not to cut—it's up to you! Since the guys above reported that things got better even after cutting the rear tab (not the handle), there's a chance that such novelty will help you too. Don't hesitate to re-purchase another one if things get worse after the modification, though. Or go for the PSY, which has adjustable tabs.

I'm working on this! 😆 Last session I got to the point where I was soft but felt like semen was building up at the tip of my cock and the climax was imminent, but it just wouldn't fire. It's like a slow motion of a WO for what I felt like a while (In reality probably just a few minutes). It was unbelievably pleasurable and at the same a little torturing albeit "sweet torture". @321jsjs123 I can attest to the notion that Aless sessions are even better than Aneros sessions. @seanyeai think Aless most likely can lead to a non erect WO! I frequently can have non erect WO through using a vibrator or TO!
