Quick question about days between sessions

Is it OK to do exercises during your days between sessions like Kegels and sphincter contractions? Ive been able to have some really pleasurable sensations lately just by doing contractions while Im driving around for work. I'm wondering if it would be better to break from all activity during the days between sessions. I'm enjoying my sessions so much that its hard to wait! *sigh*

Vinestal --- I see no harm in doing contractions on the days in between sessions. In fact, in the year plus since I started my aneros journey, the days in between have become almost as pleasurable as the sessions themselves. My rides to and from work have become a real blessing due to quick onset of cargasms. Nipple stimulation has also increased the pleasure of my ride. I'd say "go for it" Vinestal AND count your blessings one-by-one. We are "fearfully and wonderfully made" by no accident!!!
