This is my first post and am a beginner with the Aneros. I have had 7 or 8 ‘practice’ secessions doing the whole cleaning, lubing and relaxation breathing routine. So far, all I have experienced is shaking, sometimes violently, mainly with the abdominal muscles but also some contractions in the legs.

Last night I had, what I thought was a dud secession, but eventually the muscle contractions started that I had experienced before. These are rather enjoyable, but nothing coming close to what I would call orgasmic. No leakage, no erection, no ejaculation, no anal twitching etc., etc.

Tonight, relaxing to go to sleep, without the Aneros (Helix) in place, I began having involuntary, violent contractions, hip thrusting movement, thrashing around on the bed. This lasted for an hour and fifteen minutes, until my balls were getting so sore from getting tossed around that I got out of bed to see if I could get it under control. At no time did I feel that it was sexual or any kind of climax. Not unpleasant, but rather disconcerting as the waves just kept coming, one after another.

My questions to the more experienced users would be, is this normal? Where am I on my road to discovery, and what should I be doing next? Any input would be welcome.

Hello, phred.

From your descriptions it seems the Helix is interacting with you. That's good. It's unclear what kind of contractions or waves you're talking about so I don't know how to respond to those things. Contractions in your sphincter or PC muscles are good as long as they are not painful or disturbing. Eventually, your brain/body will learn to couple those movements with prostate pleasure. And that's the big question here: Do feel anything from your prostate during all of this, pleasant or even just pressure?

Best Regards,

Dave

No Dave, no sensations from either the prostate or anus. Mainly just strong contractions in the adominal muscles. Sort of what I think those ab belts you see on TV are susposed to do. No sensations around the penis, anus or anywhere else.
Thanks for the reply.

Phred;

Not getting any sensations at all from your prostate during a session indicates you may need to learn what sustained prostate contact feels like so you can associate it with the Helix and the abdominal contractions. I suggest manual prostate massage for starters. If you can reach it, use your finger. If you can't reach, you can use the Helix manually. Or you can hire a Certified Massage Therapist. Once you have a good idea what contact feels like, focus on that during your sessions.

Best Wishes,

Dave

No problem making contact with the prostate. I know where it is and how contact feels. Still having the waves of contractions in my lower abdomen. Strange.

Fred;

The abdominal waves are a good thing as long as they are not uncomfortable. At some point, they should link up in your mind with pleasant feelings in your prostate. Then, more waves will equal more pleasure. It's probably just a matter of time and practice before it all comes together (pun intended, sorry).

Cheers,

Dave

Hey phred -- welcome aboard guy,

I think of ab contractions as a good sign -- pointed for me to the Dan Tien/navel chakra which eventually established a pathway up my core and torso.

suggestion: Look up "Male Deer Exercise" I like to do that with my left hand while my right hand does some gentle caresses of my left nip while I mentally focus on my prostate. That paring might help couple your Dan tien feelings to your prostate.

Let us know if that works. enjoy.... rook

Thanks guys for all the helpful advice. I'll keep working at it and just enjoy the waves.
