Prostate pulsating during downtime?

Hey all, Josh here! As the title suggests, my prostate started pulsating sometime last week whenever I sit/lay and relax, and has been continuing ever since then. It's hard to describe, honestly, but it has no set rhythm and does have a decent range of intensity. It definitely feels good, but not mind blowing or anything. I've only had time to relax into it once since then, and it felt pretty good, but no orgasm (not that I mind, as I'm going with the mindset of "Orgasms don't matter, only pleasure"). Yesterday was my first session since this started, and I'm pretty sure I had some sort of orgasm. A definite good sign, right?

Now, I know this is obviously a good sign, but I haven't been able to find too many posts about this phenomena. Honestly, if it is permenant, I'd be 100% okay with it, especially if it got even more pleasurable. I suppose my main question is: does anyone else experience this?
