I have the peridise beginner set. I've tried both the larger and smaller ones many times, but they have never done a thing for me. I'm reading all these rave reviews about the Tempo, and am considering pulling the trigger on one. How does the tempo compare to the peridise in size? It's a pretty expensive toy and I want to make sure it's worth a try. Here's my list of most to least favorite models:
Helix
Maximus
MGX
Eupho
Progasm (Non-Ice)

I understand that your question is for Tempo owners, particularly those who have had luck with it and not with the Peridise. Kinda doubt any will speak up.
In the meantime, I would say hold off a bit on throwing money at the problem. Maybe work instead on getting response from the peridise. Try playing with bearing down contractions and also with pulling in contractions to try to get yourself going with it. Plenty of lube as well. Also, as rook suggests, concentrate on pleasure in your hole and walls rather than in your prostate.

Darwin makes a super suggestion regarding Peridise that I automatically practice but had forgotten to mention. It is from an earlier Forum post, perhaps last fall.
Once inserted, just let your guts fall down (relax) onto the Peridise. It won't 'fall out' so you don't need to stay contracted. This isn't aimed at prostate stim but will provide a great intro to anal stim and should encourage some serious anal involuntaries. If anything, Peridise practice is somewhat the opposite of Aneros practice.
hey, i also dont get anything from peridise so i tried using ur suggestion by just relaxing but it doesn't do anything, no involuntaries.
OK, I just saw this, and I had to post... 🙂
I guess I am one of the few guys who likes the Peridise and Tempo more than all the other models!
The regular models just don't work as well for me, the way I am built. I don't know why.
And, because of the Tempo (and a small amount of medicinal help, as per my other posts), I am
definitely in Super-O territory at this point. Wow. Hey -- I have a prostate! 🙂
So, to answer your question, for me the Tempo is FAR more effective than the Peridise.
But, I also had more response from the Peridise than you appear to be getting. So, I can't
tell you whether the Tempo will be better *for you* than the Peridise...only one way to know
for sure...
Now that I've found my prostate, I may go back and try the other models to see whether they work better!
I have the roadmap, and I know what I'm looking for now... 🙂
