@ynr91 I'm not sure that any of us Aneros members are qualified to address the root cause of your concern. Have you considered visiting a urologist?

Yes never felt this before. Have you had an orgasm/ejaculation with Aneros inside you? Does the Aneros milk fluid out of your prostate? What does your penis feel like when you stop the session after you feel the pain? Does any semen or anything come out of your cock after you're done?

You should see a doctor about the penis pain. As a teenager I had problems with painful erections - doctor said it was due to the nature of the radical circumcision I had as a baby. In your case it might be that the aneros is giving you a firmer than usual erection or that you are remaining erect extra long.

@techpump - I have had an orgasm with the aneros inside of me, I usually finish off this way, these aren't painful and they're intensely pleasurable. It does milk fluid from my prostate too. Often it hurts when it feels like a small jet of fluid is being released quickly as it starts to reach peak pleasure and tremors. Usually my head drips clear fluid after.
@chastityisland - I have phimosis which I'm working on reducing at the moment with a phimocure kit, if I sort my phimosis out and I still have this issue I will see a urologist/doctor

Perhaps the particular Aneros tool that you are using triggers a penis response that you are interpreting as being in your penis when it is actually due to pressure on the penis nerve bundle further aft, along your pelvic floor. I experience two of these. One is when the double tip on the HIH PS-New contacts way up, somewhere around my bladder neck. Erect or just 'chubby' this contact triggers a "gotta pee" feeling in the tip of my penis. The other penis sensation happens when I maneuver my Tempo to force my rectal wall to press on my Crus. (I've also done this with a steel wand and the angle points at that point of possible contact. This pressure on the Crus-Penis produces a strong sensation along the Dorsal surface of my Penis even when there's nothing making external penis contact. Sorry to resurrect an old thread but you could be onto something there as ejaculation is absolutely no problem at all and totally normal. Peeing, ejaculating, perfectly fine. I just feel a burning pain when I'm leaking from the aneros and a really sharp pain when I go beyond feeling really nice to REALLY good. My experience is my anus contracts rapidly and flutters and all of my pelvis and around my anus tingle and then I feel an orgasmic wave and contract as if I were ejaculating and at that point there is an incredibly sharp pain and I have to stop. It's SO frustrating. Like leaving for the finale after the buildup. But this wiki page about the dorsal surface works:

It's right at the tip of my penis that it hurts and shoots up. Around where the frenulum is. I think I will see a urologist soon.
