Hi,

I've been a little confused based on what I'm reading so far about contractions and what they are exactly. From what I gather, a pelvic (or pelvic floor) contraction is when you "hold it in" so to speak like when going to do your business, in this case causing the aneros to be pushed in. And an anal contraction is when you're trying to "push it out".

Do I have that right or am I backwards?
