P Wellen aber keinen Super O. Was

P-Wellen und wie komme ich zu dem Super O. Ich benutze seit 2 Monaten die helix Variante. Nach ca. 5-10 Minuten fängt es bei mir an zu kribbeln und die Prostata fängt von allein an zu laufen.

 

Es ist ein tolles Gefühl und ewig wenn ich meinen PC Muskel leicht anspanne und wieder löse.

 

Aber wie geht es nun weiter. Es passiert nichts. Kommt der Super O dann von alleine oder muss ich noch etwas machen.

 

Über jeden Tipp würde ich mich freuen.

It is a great feeling and forever when I slightly tense my PC muscles and then loosen them again.

 

But what's next? Nothing happens. Does the Super O come by itself or do I have to do something else?

 

I would be happy about every tip.

Hope this answers some questions. 

It's quite possible that the Super-O will follow naturally, 2 months is a short time and your body may still be adjusting.

Happy to help! There is no universal answer, it can take 5 minutes or 50, if you P-waves are steady for some time and do not progress to a Super-O, this does not mean you are doing anything wrong. Maybe you just need to build up those waves and "turn up the heat" or it could be the opposite, where you need to relax even more and focus on the pleasure you're already getting. Different men will find success using different methods, and not everything works for everyone. 

Do you use nipple stimulation or caress your body? How aroused are you when you start your session, and does your arousal increase when the P-Waves start? If you can give more info it will be easier to give specific suggestions.

I've tried the nipples but unfortunately it doesn't work for me. I am already excited and it is increased during the ride. I would like to know how you can tell on your body that a great orgasm begins. How does it feel. If I tense the PC muscle lightly and then relax again, the contraction continues. But the next level is missing to get to the super orgasm.

Nipple stimulation is definitely something you can practice, when I started I didn't feel anything from doing it, now it's very important for my sessions and sometimes I feel my nipples are generating more pleasure than my prostate. I really think it's worth it to keep trying, sensibility sensitivity will probably develop over time. 

As for what the start of a Super-O feels like, there's a lot of different manifestations, and for me they don't necessarily happen before each orgasm, or they may not happen in the same sequence. You'll find some hints in the Aneros Wiki in the Milestones section. From the top of my head, here's a partial list of feelings that make me know I'm very close or slipping into the orgasm : 

  • Sensation of cold or heat washing over me from head to toes, or toes to head, or starting in my pelvis and radiating outwards. 
  • Sudden rush of pleasure in the pelvic region
  • Feeling like I'm falling, like what happens when you fall when you're dreaming
  • Nipples studently becoming very sensitive or very hard
  • Going from soft to hard in a short period of time
  • Clenching abs that stay clenched even if I try to relax
  • Colors flashing (with eyes closed or open)
  • Sudden muscle tension, or sudden feeling of muscles going limp or slack

 

Other guys can experience different things, and as can see almost anything can be a seen as an indicator that you're near or transitioning into an orgasm, so I'd say be on the lookout for any new strange feeling that wasn't there a moment ago, this could just be it.

I agree with @zentai.
I had never had any sensation at all with nipple stimulation until I started this journey into the land of prostate orgasms.
After a few sessions of stroking my nipples and nipple area, I awakened their sensitivity and now these strokes are super pleasurable and help trigger and control orgasms.

As for the Super-O's, they will be triggered in due time. I've thought to myself several times "that was a Super-O! I'm sure it was! ". And a few sessions later, I had an even better orgasm. Since I regularly have what I think are the best orgasms ever, I'm not sure I had a Super-O after all. But I don't care! The peak of pleasure seems to be pushed back with each session and that's what matters to me.

here in the forum. This is a great
team here. Maybe one day I'll be
able to get a great orgasm. I will
stick with it and will continue to
report how my journey continues.
Maybe there is a special technique
that I don't know yet. Do you
always keep up the kegel exercises

Personally, I use the "do nothing" method. Relaxation accompanied by deep abdominal breathing and, once a few Mini-O's have appeared, nipple stimulation.
Of course, no expectations and more relaxation. It is a learning process that takes time, but the progress is real.

I am sure that one day you will also be able to give advice on how to reach sexual pleasure heaven.
